You design user-centered experiences by bridging product specifications and user psychology.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct concept and usability testing to gather and implement user feedback.
• Create user personas through research and data analysis.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes centered on customer needs.
• Define interaction models and evaluate their success.
• Collaborate with UI designers and communicate prototypes to developers.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design projects.
• Proficiency with UXPin and Balsamiq.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience in user research and project management.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• Ability to solve usability and findability problems.
