Description

You will create consumer-grade UX/UI designs for an enterprise software suite in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct customer research sessions to identify user needs and validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineering leads to formulate product requirements and user stories.
• Translate research insights into functional design solutions and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Apply internal design systems and work with global designers to enhance UX patterns.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of UX design experience for enterprise software or web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, fine art, computer science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in wireframing, design, and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing and executing research studies.
• Ability to deliver UX concepts, user flows, and wireframes.
• Knowledge of design processes and engineering development processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid Work Visa for Germany.

Preferred Skills

• German language proficiency.
