Description
You will design intuitive interfaces and end-to-end user experiences for multiple product lines.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical design solutions.
- Convert business requirements into concrete ideas and iterate on them as a consumer advocate.
- Collaborate with UX leads, development, and product management to ensure designs align with design guidelines and technical specifications.
- Contribute to and evolve an existing design system.
- Measure and present UX outcomes using qualitative and quantitative methods, including data analytics.
- Present design concepts to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel and support the UX practice through process improvements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Axure RP 9, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with User Research, Persona creation, and Information Architecture.
- Proven ability in Prototyping, A/B Testing, and User Testing.
- Strong background in Design Thinking and Visual Design.
- Experience working on design systems.
- Ability to use data analytics to drive design decisions.
- Experience in client-facing roles involving global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in User Interface Design or an equivalent field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience mentoring other designers.
- History of delivering UX-focused style guidelines for web and mobile applications.
