Description

You will design intuitive interfaces and end-to-end user experiences for multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical design solutions.
• Convert business requirements into concrete ideas and iterate on them as a consumer advocate.
• Collaborate with UX leads, development, and product management to ensure designs align with design guidelines and technical specifications.
• Contribute to and evolve an existing design system.
• Measure and present UX outcomes using qualitative and quantitative methods, including data analytics.
• Present design concepts to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel and support the UX practice through process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Axure RP 9, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with User Research, Persona creation, and Information Architecture.
• Proven ability in Prototyping, A/B Testing, and User Testing.
• Strong background in Design Thinking and Visual Design.
• Experience working on design systems.
• Ability to use data analytics to drive design decisions.
• Experience in client-facing roles involving global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in User Interface Design or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring other designers.
• History of delivering UX-focused style guidelines for web and mobile applications.
