Description

You will design intuitive interfaces and solve consumer needs across multiple product lines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical design solutions.
• Develop and iterate on ideas by translating business requirements into concrete user-centric concepts.
• Contribute to and evolve an existing design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with UX leads, development, and product management to align designs with technical specifications.
• Measure and present UX outcomes using qualitative and quantitative methods to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Axure RP 9, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with User Research, Persona creation, and Information Architecture.
• Proven ability in Wireframing, Prototyping, and Visual Design.
• Hands-on experience with A/B Testing and User Testing.
• Strong background in Design Thinking and data-driven design.
• Experience working on client-facing projects with global teams.
• Ability to provide detailed interaction design specifications for web and mobile applications.
• Experience mentoring other designers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders in R&D environments.
