Description

You will design intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive UI components, typography, iconographies, and style guides using atomic design principles.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure visual consistency across the product.
• Conduct user research, persona development, and user journey mapping.
• Execute usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX design experience applying principles across web and mobile platforms.
• 3+ years of experience working within a single in-house brand or product environment.
• Expertise in Figma for high-fidelity design and workflow efficiency.
• Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 and ADA accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in iterative design and atomic design methodologies.
• Experience with research and testing tools such as UserZoom, Maze, or UserTesting.
• Ability to produce comprehensive documentation, including research reports and personas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing within the financial domain.
