Description

You will design intuitive user experiences by transforming complex requirements into functional digital products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to facilitate product vision through sketching, prototyping, and user testing.
• Deliver wireframes, user stories, and journeys optimized for mobile and responsive interfaces.
• Work with Product Owners and development teams to ensure final implementations match design intent.
• Establish design guidelines, standards, and accessibility requirements across the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• 5+ years leading user experience design projects and managing stakeholder interaction.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, or similar visual design and wireframing tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD), user research, and user testing.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and heuristic analysis.
• Proven ability to create and maintain design systems.
• Strong grasp of usability, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Expertise in creating site maps, storyboards, and process flows.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design process and ability to articulate decisions.
