Description

You will build, maintain, and optimize reusable UI components using Figma while ensuring consistency with enterprise design system standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply atomic design principles and design tokens to create scalable and accessible user interface solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to translate requirements into intuitive design components.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices across all platforms.
• Participate in the full design lifecycle, including research, prototyping, testing, and QA validation.
• Contribute to design system governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly working with design systems and digital product interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in Figma with experience creating reusable components, design tokens, and applying atomic design principles.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise design system standards.
• Strong background in user research and QA validation.
