Description

You will optimize web experiences through data-driven insights and incremental design changes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify e-commerce improvements.
• Develop and execute A/B tests and rapid iterations based on data and customer feedback.
• Refine site components, including buttons, forms, and navigation, to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations to gather actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align design with business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX design experience focused on site optimization.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
• Proven experience with data-driven design and leveraging insights to refine web experiences.
• Expertise with Figma.
• Strong ability to communicate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
• Experience in B2C e-commerce environments.
• Background in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies.
