Description

You will design intuitive interfaces and conduct user research to support product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop user study plans, facilitate research, and analyze results to generate actionable design recommendations for the product backlog.
• Evaluate existing interfaces to identify improvements in design systems, usability, and accessibility.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts and support development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders during sprint planning and backlog grooming to ensure design feasibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience translating user study findings into actionable product insights.
• Ability to design for usability and accessibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
