Description

You will own the UX/UI roadmap for a portfolio of enterprise security products, focusing on usability and accessibility for the install base.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve user experiences for enterprise digital products, ensuring usability and accessibility compliance.
• Conduct UX research through interviews and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure product consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement solutions that meet business and user requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a professional portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user research and analysis methods, including surveys and interviews.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG and Section 508.
• Experience with inclusive design practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS Frameworks such as React or Angular.
