Description

You will design human-centered interfaces that balance customer needs with analytical insights. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements with business partners and engineers.
• Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Develop low and high-fidelity UI mock-ups and prototypes.
• Create data visualizations to communicate insights from large datasets.
• Troubleshoot UX issues like responsiveness and adjust designs based on feedback.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of UX design experience with a Bachelor's degree in Design, IT, or a related field (or 3-7 years without a degree).
• Proficiency in Sketch and Adobe design tools.
• Experience creating low and high-fidelity UI mock-ups and prototypes.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into simple, seamless user interfaces.
• Experience designing graphic user interface elements and original graphic designs.
• Knowledge of digital design patterns and user interface best practices.
