You design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications, translating requirements into intuitive solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design solutions.
• Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain design systems and UI standards to ensure consistency.
• Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototypes.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy applications.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the healthcare domain (EHRs, clinical tools, patient apps).
• Familiarity with healthcare usability, accessibility, or compliance considerations.
• Experience working in agile or product-driven teams.
