Description

You will lead end-to-end UX design processes from initial research to high-fidelity visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design workflows, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and deliver functional solutions.
• Create interactive designs and prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain design system consistency.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Expertise in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proven experience working in agile environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to align design decisions with business goals and user requirements.
