Description

You will design and refine digital experiences for web and mobile applications through rigorous user testing and interaction modeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user testing for applications, software, and websites using in-person observation and digital toolsets.
• Evaluate existing applications to measure human-computer interaction effectiveness and UX performance.
• Create and implement interaction models, user flows, and interface specifications.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes and documentation of best practices for the design team.
• Communicate end-to-end scenarios and screen designs to cross-functional team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with jQuery and Ajax methods.
• Working knowledge of Web Services and APIs.
• Understanding of responsive design and front-end markup principles.
• Experience using online tools and screen readers to evaluate media effectiveness.
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems.
• Proven portfolio featuring web-based applications, mobile apps, and consumer-facing websites.

Preferred Skills

• Technical degree or equivalent professional work experience.
