Description

Design end-to-end user experiences for web-based interfaces and mobile applications. You will own the volunteer management system from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the new volunteer management system, including front-end experiences for volunteers and staff.
• Create storyboards, mockups, and clickable prototypes to communicate design intent clearly.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, including A/B testing, to validate features.
• Articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate within an agile environment to deliver production-quality designs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in web-based user interface and user experience design.
• 2+ years of experience specifically designing websites.
• 3+ years of experience creating storyboards, mockups, and clickable prototypes.
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and Figjam.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to ensure production-quality implementation.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of the system development lifecycle and technology alternatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing desktop and mobile application projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of infrastructure management functions and systems.
