Description

You will drive the end-to-end design process for banking products, translating complex user needs into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to identify banking customer needs and pain points.
  • Translate research findings into clear product requirements and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, estimating effort for each feature to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers to communicate product vision and address questions during development sprints.
  • Contribute to the overall product roadmap by identifying key initiatives and prioritizing features based on business value and strategic objectives.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in requirement gathering and user research.
  • 10+ years of experience in product backlog management and user story definition.
  • 10+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in product roadmap development and strategic alignment.
  • Strong ability to translate stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements.
  • Experience in prioritizing features based on business value.
