Description

You will lead the design and definition of digital customer experiences across the travel journey.

Responsibilities

• Visualize ideas using professional design tools, sketches, or whiteboards to move rapidly through ideation.
• Identify user needs and business requirements to substantiate design approaches with analysis and projections.
• Develop intuitive interactions and design next-generation navigation schemes, patterns, components, and templates.
• Create low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using a rapid, iterative process.
• Translate usability research findings into design improvements by working closely with researchers to design test plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with Jira.
• Strong design fundamentals and ability to maintain brand standards.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes.
• Ability to conduct competitive reviews and research-based analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
