Description

Redesign an existing payments product, applying brand guidelines and accessibility standards to mobile interfaces while documenting specifications and validating implementation accuracy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design leads, product, and engineering teams to execute visual and interaction design for financial applications.
• Create detailed design specifications, style guides, and error states for native iOS and mobile interfaces.
• Validate the accuracy of design implementation against final builds.
• Participate in executive presentations and share design work for feedback.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interaction Design, Visual Design, and User-centric design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS 3 to effectively communicate with development teams.
• Experience designing for accessibility (A11y) in native applications.
• Ability to create detailed design documentation and style guides for developers.
• Proficiency in agile project methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong product management and information architecture skills.
