Description

You will design internal-facing UX solutions for core operational processes used by SIC employees.

Responsibilities

• Design internal UX workflows focused on core operational processes for employee users.
• Create high-fidelity designs and wireframes within Figma.
• Develop overview and summary views of specific work actions to provide quick reference for employees.
• Collaborate with SIC Total Experience design leads to ensure alignment with established design guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience creating wireframes.
• Background in designing for internal-facing operational processes.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing GenAI products, specifically for classification and extraction of unstructured forms.
