Description

You will define and implement product direction, visuals, and user experiences by collaborating with product managers and developers. You own the visual design lifecycle from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to optimize existing interfaces and drive new feature development.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure visual and interaction consistency across all platforms.
• Translate user insights into actionable design improvements that enhance usability and accessibility.
• Execute all visual design stages, ensuring high-quality output ready for engineering implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on digital products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and accessibility requirements.
• Experience conducting user research and synthesizing findings into design strategies.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to manage the full design lifecycle independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers and engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining and scaling design systems in a product environment.
