Description

You partner with product managers to define problems, explore solution spaces, and translate complex scientific concepts into clear, user-centered designs. You own the full design lifecycle, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and production-ready handoff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create multiple design directions for complex workflows, balancing innovation with usability and simplicity.
• Conduct or initiate user research and incorporate insights into design decisions that improve usability and outcomes.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
• Validate design concepts in iterative environments using rapid prototyping.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, research, and design-to-code processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UX design tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience with rapid prototyping and validating design concepts in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.

Preferred Skills

• Storybook experience.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate design processes.
