Description

You will design comprehensive service journeys and systems to improve intricate healthcare service experiences.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate service design workshops and co-creation sessions with patients, providers, and stakeholders.
• Create service blueprints, customer journey maps, experience flows, and ecosystem diagrams.
• Convert research findings into strategic design approaches that align user needs with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with clinical professionals, product managers, developers, and design specialists.
• Identify pain points and service inefficiencies across the end-to-end healthcare experience.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UX design, service design, or related fields.
• Expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and holistic experience design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to present insights and design strategies through structured documentation and visual narratives.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, patient experience design, or clinical operations.
