Description

You will design intuitive interfaces and user flows for complex computer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Build wireframes and intelligent flows for complex applications.
  • Iterate designs rapidly to conduct user testing and deliver assets to development teams.
  • Collaborate with developers from project inception through implementation in agile environments.
  • Apply responsive, adaptive, and accessible design principles to web and app interfaces.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate design decisions to non-technical users.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX practitioner in interaction design or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, and Adobe CC.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and web/app design trends.
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proficiency using remote unmoderated testing tools and moderated testing platforms.
  • Advanced analytical skills for solving complex data problems with sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate across different disciplines, product lines, and time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, Library Sciences, or equivalent experience.
