Description

You design user interaction task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production assets for web, mobile, desktop, and in-vehicle platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-centered system requirements and strategic design decisions for complex product features.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
• Perform UX interaction design and validation activities for highly automated systems.
• Communicate research methodologies, design concepts, and test results to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior UX designers to improve design quality and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX or interaction design.
• Proficiency in at least two design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong background in visual design, user flows, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience applying accessibility principles and brand influence to digital products.
• Ability to use UX metrics and design processes to provide actionable insights to engineering.
• Expertise in prototyping, storyboarding, and concept validation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interaction/Visual Design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of earthmoving equipment and relevant applications.
