Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct competitive analyses and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Apply UX best practices and design guidelines, ensuring consistency across standards
• Support iterative enhancements and optimizations across existing digital experiences
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback using user-centered design principles

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in UX Design and Figma (required)
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Prior experience working on e-commerce, digital storefront, or customer-facing web experiences
• Digital portfolio with e-commerce/storefront UX case studies (mandatory — must be included with application)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting product roadmap initiatives in an agile/collaborative environment
• Background working alongside product management and UX leadership teams
