Description

You will translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will own the design process from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and final deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
• Apply UX best practices to ensure consistency across all digital standards.
• Support iterative enhancements and optimizations for existing digital experiences.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback using user-centered design principles.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in UX Design and Figma.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Prior experience with e-commerce, digital storefront, or customer-facing web experiences.
• Digital portfolio featuring e-commerce/storefront UX case studies (mandatory with application).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting product roadmap initiatives in an agile environment.
• Background working alongside product management and UX leadership teams.
