Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for customer-facing web experiences.
• Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
• Apply UX best practices and design guidelines to ensure consistency across standards.
• Support iterative enhancements and optimizations for existing digital products.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback using user-centered design principles.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in UX Design and Figma.
• 5+ years of experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital storefront, or customer-facing web projects.
• Digital portfolio with e-commerce/storefront UX case studies (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting product roadmap initiatives in an agile environment.
• Background working alongside product management and UX leadership teams.
