Own the end-to-end UX design process for digital storefronts, translating business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that drive the customer experience.
• Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Apply UX best practices and design guidelines to ensure consistency across all standards.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback using user-centered design principles to support iterative enhancements.
• Manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in UX Design and Figma.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Prior experience working on e-commerce, digital storefront, or customer-facing web experiences.
• Digital portfolio with e-commerce/storefront UX case studies (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
• 5+ years of experience in UX Design.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting product roadmap initiatives in an agile/collaborative environment.
• Background working alongside product management and UX leadership teams.
