Description

You design user-centered interfaces and end-to-end experiences through research and iterative prototyping.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research using interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user and business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements, user flows, and technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate on designs and improve the overall experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user research methodologies, including interviews and usability testing.
• Foundational understanding of front-end principles, specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects and problem-solving.
• Ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
