You will shape the user experience across digital projects by focusing on user needs and business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns for web and app platforms.
• Conduct UX research, including user interviews and usability testing, to translate data into design improvements.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using modern design tools.
• Advocate for user needs in client-facing situations and present design rationale to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple project iterations while maintaining high attention to detail and project schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Proven ability to design for both web and mobile app platforms.
• Strong communication skills for presenting work and responding to client feedback.
• Experience managing real-world UX case studies from problem identification to solution.
• Ability to work within complex digital environments and solve user/business problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design systems, B2B contexts, and complex organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and SEO.
• Familiarity with data & analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) and CMS platforms.
