Good to Have Skills: Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines including iconography, composition, color, and layout. Experience with Android and iOS design patterns. Knowledge of UI best practices and usability principles. Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience design principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to make effective presentations. Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude to build relationships across the organization. Ability to accept feedback, work professionally, handle multiple tasks concurrently and work under deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create close working relationships with Product, Strategy, Marketing, and Engineering teams to shape and deliver design vision and strategy.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers to ensure comprehensive understanding.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to communicate concepts effectively.
• Practice an iterative, user-centered design approach and create best-in-class deliverables in every phase of the UX design lifecycle.
• Lead discovery sessions and brainstorms to generate innovative solutions and gather stakeholder input.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and features function and look.
• Present concepts, ideas and potential solutions to stakeholders and senior management and implement their feedback effectively.
• Participate actively in UX testing and revise designs after synthesizing test results to improve user experience.
• Utilize deep knowledge of UX best practices and trends in media, online learning and emerging technologies.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems including responsiveness issues to ensure optimal user experience across devices.
• Create and maintain a site-wide style guide to ensure consistency across all design elements and platforms.

Experience Required: 2-3 years of UI/UX design experience in a product team with demonstrable experience in responsive design.

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design from tier 1 colleges
