Description

You will lead UX/UI design for multiple concurrent projects, focusing on usability, user preference, and ease of adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design for 2-3 projects simultaneously by optimizing for usability and ease of adoption.
• Facilitate design sprints and workshops with stakeholders to explore problem spaces and align on solutions.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to evaluate solutions based on feasibility, impact, and budget.
• Conduct or participate in user testing and needs-finding research to co-craft learning agendas with research teams.
• Review implemented work and provide candid feedback to designers and developers to ensure design integrity.

Required Skills

• 7 to 9 years of experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in native mobile apps, responsive design, and UX process design.
• Expertise in Visual (UI) and Interaction Design (UX).
• Ability to synthesize custom elements from existing design systems with native mobile patterns.
• Proven experience gathering end-user input and conducting usability testing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Experience producing summarizing documents for executive-level reviews.
