Description

You will design and create customer-centric, mobile-responsive experiences through iterative design processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop visualizations, wireframes, and prototypes from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity assets.
• Partner with digital, agile, and technical teams to drive design enhancements that support engagement and conversion.
• Champion human-centered design principles in project meetings and design sessions.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to build scalable solutions and document interaction details.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure they stay within scope and on schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a UX designer role.
• Proficiency in prototyping and design using Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and usability.
• Expertise in web and mobile responsive design best practices.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into effective User Interface Design and Visual Design solutions.
• Experience documenting visual design specifications and conducting QA of implemented products.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to substantiate design decisions.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• A portfolio demonstrating design work that solved specific business challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Design, UX, or a related field.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in the energy industry.
