Description

You will design end-to-end customer experiences, including landing pages, information architecture, and user interfaces, to drive business results.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build user flows and wireframes, ranging from low-fidelity to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to execute A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization strategies.
• Conduct customer and usability studies to translate user feedback into actionable product insights.
• Develop and maintain style guides for websites and collateral.
• Audit current site usability using analytics to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a focus on eCommerce and Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Proven experience designing landing pages, home pages, product pages, and checkout flows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, and Balsamiq.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, responsive design, and SEO impact on user design.
• Ability to use data and analytics to inform design decisions and product strategy.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in eCommerce design and user flows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe.
