Description

You will lead the end-to-end UX lifecycle to deliver user-centered design solutions for web and mobile platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups with specifications.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate product goals into functional designs.
• Apply behavioral data and competitive analysis to refine user experiences and ensure WCAG accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and Sketch.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Experience with Zeplin, Miro, and InVision.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Competency in user research, journey mapping, and information architecture.
• Experience designing for enterprise software, B2B, insurance, or reinsurance domains.
• Ability to work within agile environments and manage stakeholders.
