Description

You will own the full design lifecycle for retail software, from point-of-sale systems to back-office platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own UX design from research through high-fidelity visuals and developer handoff.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Contribute to and maintain cohesive design systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience leading the design lifecycle for complex software.
