Description

You will design intuitive user experiences and solve product usability problems through research and interaction design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create user journeys, wireframes, and UX flows to address product and usability challenges.
• Produce high-fidelity designs and assets using Figma and Sketch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user insights.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in UX Design or Product Design.
• Experience working on software or digital product platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Proficiency in User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, and User Flows.
• Experience with Interaction Design and Usability Testing.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech / B.E. / B.Tech-M.Tech (Dual Degree) in Software Engineering, Software Systems, Software Technology, or related fields.
