You will design end-to-end customer experiences and user flows across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts and manage projects from initial concept through execution.
• Partner with creatives, strategists, and producers to meet business requirements and technical constraints.
• Apply Design Thinking principles and agile methods to solve complex problems.
• Present design approaches, insights, and creative solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and motivate team members while staying current on industry trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing web and mobile experiences.
• Expertise in responsive design and iOS and Android design systems.
• Proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Deep knowledge of Photoshop and Sketch.
• Strong typography, conceptual thinking, and illustration skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Degree in Graphic Design, New Media, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating diverse projects and a clear personal aesthetic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with print and offline design.
• Knowledge of HTML.
