Lead end-to-end design processes for native mobile applications in an agile environment.

You will own design projects from concept through execution, iterating based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Implement and maintain design systems within product workflows.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously through strong organization.

Required Skills

• 10 years of professional design experience.
• Extensive proficiency in Figma.
• Proven expertise in native mobile app design.
• Deep understanding of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
• Strong background in visual design and UI aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and other design software.
• Solid knowledge of Design Systems implementation.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Portfolio containing relevant UI work and at least two case studies.
