Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle from initial research to final visual delivery.
• Propose new design approaches and challenge existing conventions.
• Balance customer requirements with business objectives.
• Apply mobile-first design principles to all digital products.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of digital UX experience.
• Expert proficiency in Axure.
• Strong visual design and UI skills.
• Proven experience in mobile-first design.
• Experience conducting user research and storytelling.
• Deep understanding of technologies used to build modern digital experiences.
• Ability to demonstrate a complete design process through a professional portfolio.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from beginning to end.
