What's the Job?

• Design end-to-end user experiences for internal AI-powered dashboards used by over 100 users.
• Develop and refine interaction patterns for AI agent supervision and automated workflow tools.
• Create and maintain a shared component and design system to ensure consistency across multiple product surfaces.
• Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative design processes for new tool concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders to inform design decisions.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS, or developer platforms.
• Strong skills in interaction design and information architecture, with a portfolio demonstrating the simplification of complex workflows.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently as the sole designer on an engineering-heavy team.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and rapid prototyping.
• Nice to have: Front-end development skills (React, TypeScript), experience designing for AI/ML-powered features, and building shared component libraries
