Description

You will design end-to-end user experiences for internal AI-powered dashboards used by over 100 users.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine interaction patterns for AI agent supervision and automated workflow tools.
• Create and maintain a shared component and design system to ensure consistency across multiple product surfaces.
• Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative design processes for new tool concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders to inform design decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS, or developer platforms.
• Strong skills in interaction design and information architecture.
• Portfolio demonstrating the simplification of complex workflows.
• Ability to operate independently as the sole designer on an engineering-heavy team.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and rapid prototyping.
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript.

Preferred Skills

• Front-end development skills with React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing for AI/ML-powered features.
• Proven track record of building shared component libraries.
