You will design and implement user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Present design solutions and research findings to stakeholders with clear rationale.
• Iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain consistency and adherence to design standards across all digital products.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in the utility industry or with energy-related applications.
