You will design and implement user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications through research, prototyping, and stakeholder collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build design solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts.
• Present design solutions and research findings to stakeholders, articulating rationale and managing expectations.
• Iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback to improve experience.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design projects and user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in the utility industry or with energy-related applications.
