You will design, implement, and deliver interactive features from specification to final screen implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create feature specs and flows to articulate user experiences to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with producers, engineers, and artists to build playable prototypes.
• Implement and polish final on-screen experiences.
• Drive open communication across disciplines to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Design accessible experiences that represent users of all types.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a designer or developer shipping games or consumer-facing services.
• Online portfolio demonstrating shipped interactive features.
• Proficiency in Lua, JavaScript, ActionScript, Python, Ruby, HTML5, XML, or XAML.
• Experience with social media and payment gateway integration.
• Ability to learn complex tools and navigate gaming industry pipelines.
• Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify and solve complex user experience issues.
• High attention to detail and quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with gaming industry pipelines.
• Background in consumer-facing service design.
