This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and end-users to identify problems and opportunities.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, task analysis, and process diagramming.
• Create wireframes and multi-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts.
• Execute usability testing for complex, multi-step interactions and data visualizations.
• Design user interfaces and interaction models, delivering clear specifications for implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in human-centered design within agile environments.
• Expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience designing responsive web or mobile applications with a mobile-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Sketch, Axure, InVision, Miro, and Adobe CS.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and assistive technologies.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working with remote and collocated teams.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with interaction design and complex data visualization.
