Description

You will create intuitive user experiences for digital products by bridging user needs with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing to uncover actionable insights.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and user stories to guide design decisions.
• Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, and developers to ensure design implementation meets intended specifications.
• Maintain design consistency by adhering to and contributing to design systems and style guides.
• Apply WCAG accessibility standards to all design outputs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Expertise in user research techniques and usability testing methods.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to create customer journey maps and user personas.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for effective developer collaboration.
