Design user experiences for warehouse management software used to track, audit, and ship inventory globally.

Responsibilities

• Create user experiences using an in-house design system.
• Design user interactions for core business workflows.
• Define, document, and present software requirements.
• Research ecommerce marketplaces and competitive spaces to inform design decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX-related responsibilities.
• Proficiency in UX, HCI, and Visual Design.
• Basic understanding of Figma or similar design platforms like Sketch.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills for storytelling and documentation.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects from conception to completion.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Psychology, Industrial Design, or related fields.
