Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience goals.
• Lead client-facing design discussions, presenting concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements into user-centered design solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Demonstrated knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.
• Experience ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Skills in presenting design solutions to senior management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a client-facing role.
