Description

You will design and optimize the public website, digital banking platform, and mobile application for financial services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys for online and mobile banking, account onboarding, loan applications, payments, and bill pay.
• Create personas, user flows, information architecture, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain and scale existing design systems.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, and prototyping.
• Experience designing for credit unions, banks, or fintech environments.
• Expertise in designing responsive websites and native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.x and ADA compliance for U.S. digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of design methodologies (Design Thinking, User-Centered Design, Double Diamond).
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations, fraud prevention, and financial UI clarity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex financial workflows and compliance constraints.
